Just signup with myfitnesspal or livestrong and enter your age , current weight, height, your activity level finally your goal ex Lose 2 pounds per week and you”ll get the daily calories you should maintain. Both sites offer huge databases which makes keeping up with the calories eaten very easy. For example livestrong says 1 dish of machboos is 675 cals. If you couldnt find the calories for some dish just try this eg. machboos is 2 cups of rice and 1/4 fried chicken. Also Both sites have free mobile apps which is great !.
